Remedy had to take my toilet apart to fix my clog now I have use of my bathroom again. He was very friendly, explained everything and am definitely recommending this company to everyone I know. I will use Remedy again if another plumbing problem occurs.

(Columbia, MD) Garbage disposal failed me, gave Remedy a call that afternoon. The tech (Rema) said he would try to be there that evening; he did call, apologizing that he would not be there on time and asked if could come first thing in the morning. He was in fact here first things, as promised. Very friendly and efficient; I had already researched the cost of the replacement, and while no one wants to have an unexpected appliance repair, I did not have to sacrifice a child or limb to have the work done. (huge smile) Rema made sure I had his information and told me to call if anything happens with the unit. Definitely would recommend - reasonable price; quick; and friendly.
